CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your consultation, you can reschedule if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the payment for the consultation will be forfeited. However, you have the option to rebook another consultation at 50% of the regular cost.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice in advance of the consultation. No additional fees will be incurred for rescheduling with sufficient notice. However, if the rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours in advance, the payment for the consultation will be forfeited. Rebooking another appointment in such cases will be available at 50% of the regular cost.

LATE ARRIVAL

In the event of a delay exceeding 20 minutes for the appointment, it will be considered a cancellation, and the consultation fees will be forfeited. However, you have the option to rebook another appointment at 50% of the regular cost.

REFUND POLICY

The consultation fee is non-refundable once earned, and it must be used within one session. However, this fee can be credited towards KC Immigration Consulting services if you sign a retainer agreement within seven (7) days of receiving your Consultation Summary.

You are entitled to a refund of any fees that have not been earned under this agreement. For clarity, fees shall be considered earned by the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant if notice of cancellation is not given within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or immediately upon the commencement of the provision of professional advice.
